This is a quota-carrying, revenue-owning role for someone who already understands the SEA cybersecurity buyer landscape and has an existing network of channel and partner relationships they can activate from day one. <hr data-start="371" data-end="374"> <h3 data-section-id="164ueu3" data-start="376" data-end="400">Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-start="402" data-end="1483"> <li data-section-id="1xsf7sg" data-start="402" data-end="555">Own and drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to demos, negotiation, and closing—for enterprise accounts across the SEA region.</li> <li data-section-id="1wcofmg" data-start="556" data-end="703">Build, manage, and grow a network of channel partners, resellers, and system integrators across SEA to expand pipeline and co-sell opportunities.</li> <li data-section-id="d8xbl4" data-start="704" data-end="831">Develop and execute a territory plan for SEA, including account segmentation, partner mapping, and pipeline coverage targets.</li> <li data-section-id="1hwd079" data-start="832" data-end="909">Carry and consistently deliver against quarterly and annual revenue quotas.</li> <li data-section-id="1v14cgw" data-start="910" data-end="1000">Represent CloudSEK's product suite to CISOs and security leaders across target accounts.</li> <li data-section-id="111d2w3" data-start="1001" data-end="1156">Collaborate with Security Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to build a strong regional pipeline and ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.</li> <li data-section-id="11lpjqt" data-start="1157" data-end="1231">Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting to sales leadership.</li> <li data-section-id="l1c2vv" data-start="1232" data-end="1370">Stay current on the competitive landscape, threat intelligence market trends, and partner ecosystem dynamics specific to the SEA region.</li> <li data-section-id="18c34z7" data-start="1371" data-end="1483">Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company policy, working closely with Legal and Finance as needed.</li> </ul> <hr data-start="1485" data-end="1488"> <h3 data-section-id="8b3p4d" data-start="1490" data-end="1517">Required Qualifications</h3> <ul data-start="1519" data-end="2368"> <li data-section-id="117fs6d" data-start="1519" data-end="1558">7–12 years of overall experience.</li> <li data-section-id="dr56ro" data-start="1559" data-end="1704">Minimum 3 years of experience managing the SEA region in a direct sales or account management role, ideally within a cybersecurity company.</li> <li data-section-id="1v5qxfl" data-start="1705" data-end="1862">Demonstrated experience managing and growing channel and partner relationships across SEA, including resellers, distributors, system integrators, or MSSPs.</li> <li data-section-id="v8v2lw" data-start="1863" data-end="1970">Proven track record of consistently carrying and exceeding a sales quota in a remote or field sales role.</li> <li data-section-id="sky6tp" data-start="1971" data-end="2096">Strong understanding of the SEA enterprise buying process, including public sector and BFSI buying dynamics where relevant.</li> <li data-section-id="srgdlq" data-start="2097" data-end="2171">Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.</li> <li data-section-id="4t2pdn" data-start="2172" data-end="2233">Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.</li> <li data-section-id="1xchk9z" data-start="2234" data-end="2368">Fluency in English is required;
