Job Title: Project Manager - Data &amp; Analytics Location: Bangalore Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive Agile delivery for large-scale data and analytics programs. The role requires strong expertise in Scrum, SAFe (Scaled Agile), and end-to-end delivery management, with a focus on sprint excellence, PI execution, and delivering measurable business outcomes for global clients. Key Responsibilities: Agile &amp; Scrum Delivery: <ul> <li>Act as Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional teams delivering data engineering, BI, and analytics solutions</li> <li>Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives</li> <li>Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and well-defined user stories</li> <li>Track and improve Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, predictability) and ensure sprint discipline</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops</li> </ul> &nbsp; SAFe &amp; Program Execution: <ul> <li>Lead and facilitate SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies</li> <li>Drive Program Increment (PI) Planning, including preparation, execution, and stakeholder alignment</li> <li>Monitor and present PI progress, risks, and delivery metrics to leadership</li> <li>Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment across multiple squads</li> </ul> &nbsp; Delivery &amp; Project Management: <ul> <li>Own end-to-end delivery across all SDLC stages for complex data/analytics programs</li> <li>Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies</li> <li>Ensure delivery aligns with business goals and client expectations</li> <li>Drive release planning, sequencing, and execution across multiple teams</li> </ul> &nbsp; Stakeholder &amp; Governance: <ul> <li>Collaborate with client stakeholders, leadership teams, and change control boards</li> <li>Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and insights to senior management</li> <li>Manage risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely mitigation</li> <li>Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and delivery standards</li> </ul> &nbsp; Tools &amp; Execution: <ul> <li>Work extensively with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Kendis</li> <li>Maintain transparency through dashboards, reports, and Agile tracking tools</li> </ul> &nbsp; Leadership &amp; Agile Transformation: <ul> <li>Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to delivery teams, Product Owners, and engineering managers</li> <li>Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe framework</li> <li>Contribute to Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives and drive Agile adoption</li> </ul> &nbsp; Required Skills &amp; Experience: <ul> <li>12 to 18 years of experience in Project Management / Scrum Master roles</li> <li>Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)</li> <li>Proven experience managing multiple cross-functional Agile teams and large-scale programs</li> <li>Experience in data engineering, analytics, or product development environments</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">Note: <blockquote class="gmail_quote">By submitting your application, you consent to being contacted by our Talent Acquisition team via phone call, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels regarding your application and relevant career opportunities.</blockquote> </div>
